Katelyn is a Registered Psychologist with the College of Alberta Psychologists and hold a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology. She is a member of the Psychologists Association of Alberta, the Canadian Psychological Association, and the Psychedelic Association of Canada.
I am passionate about supporting adults who have been impacted by trauma, PTSD, cPTSD, anxiety, and depression, helping them find healing and uncover their potential for a fulfilling life.
Katelyn’s therapeutic approach is integrative, drawing from person-centered therapy, solution-focused therapy, cognitive behavior therapy, mindfulness self-compassion, somatic experiencing, and internal family systems. I am also trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Gottman Level 1 (couples counselling), Short-Term Dynamic Therapy, and Psychedelic Assisted Therapy.
Katelyn believes that change is possible, and strives to collaborate with each person to find what works best for them. She aims to create a compassionate, nonjudgmental space where clients can explore their experiences, build resilience, and move toward living their best lives.
